Software Sales New Business Development
Total e Integrated is currently building out a versatile sales team. We are looking to fill several positions dedicated to new business acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a full stack proactive sales hunter capable of taking a highly targeted prospect list and developing them through discovery, solution architecture, handling concerns and negotiating through contracting. We are seeking to fulfill the following roles;
Enterprise - larger entities often across multiple locations where you will be interfacing with CFO's, IT Resources and Senior Management in multiple lines of business.
Small Business - Typically owner-operated small businesses with multiple lines of business operating at a single location. These are smaller opportunities with a higher volume requiring specific tactics.
2 to 5 years successfully selling software and implementation services.
Proven results in achieving and exceeding targets.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Sectors - Retail, Food & Beverage, Golf, Membership, Club Operations, Property Management, Home and Property Owners Association, Lodging, Fitness, Finance and Accounting.
Experience selling similar products and services would be an asset. Bonus points for experience with the following: Jonas, Clubsoft, GolfNow, EzLinks, Club Prophet, IBS, ForeReservations, TouchBistro, Squirrel, Micros, Aloha, Silverware, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Quickbooks, ResortSuite, NetSuite, Club Essentials, ForeTees, Northstar, RMS, Vend, and/or Revel.
Comfortable selling both subscription and acquisition.
Travel throughout North America as required.
Able to work in the office and remotely.
Work independently and as a team leading the sales effort.
Highly competitive compensation plan - highly variable with no cap.
